About the coat rack
The KNAX vertical coat rack is created based on the KNAX horizontal with the desire to maintain the unique and functional shape. The coat rack is equally functional and elegant and can easily be combined with other KNAX products to complete the room.
The slim profile of the coat rack makes it ideal for smaller spaces such as apartments, dorm rooms or small corridors where coats, bags and other items need a place. The hooks also pop into place when not in use, just like the original KNAX horizontal.
KNAX vertical comes in different types of wood with different surface treatments and will therefore fit into any home.
The hooks are available in grey or black, which can also change the look of the coat rack.

So say the designers behind KNAX, Thomas Harrit and Nicolai Sørensen. The design agency Harrit & Sørensen designed KNAX in the early 90s, and the coat rack remains one of the agency's best-selling designs. They gave it the name because it says ’knax“ when the hook falls into place
